The DigladioR fencing school is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. That’s why we’re designating this year’s tournament as a jubilee event, and we’re working diligently to make it exceptional for both you and us. You can look forward to a new discipline and many fantastic prizes from Czech and international sponsors.
The tournament will take place on March 23, 2024, in the well-established sports hall in Radotín, which has its own parking lot. Nearby, there are also bus and train stops.
Disciplines and entry fees:- Open Longsword (40 EUR, afternoon, max 56 participants)
- Women’s Longsword (20 EUR, morning, max 12 participants)
- Sword and Buckler (20 EUR, morning, max 24 participants)
- Plastic Longsword (Ages 15-17) (10 EUR, morning, max 12 participants)
- Young Fencers (Ages up to 14) (10 EUR, morning, max 12 participants)
- The entry fee for two categories (e.g., Open Longsword + Sword and Buckler) is 50 EUR.

Dračí hlídka
The dice have been cast! Dračí hlídka generously contributed four sets of Beginner’s Rules, two Monster Manuals, and two Keeper’s Logs for the youth awards. Dračí hlídka is a tabletop role-playing game that continues the legacy of the Czech version of Dungeons and Dragons, which many of us grew up with. It focuses on building a solid community of players and constantly evolving rules and supplements for gameplay. Thanks to Pavel “Tirus” Ondrusz and his team for this fantastic sponsorship gift!
Sparring Gloves
We received a pair of HEMA gloves from Sparring Gloves as a prize for the tournament. This Polish brand manufactures several models and variants of gloves, which have already become an integral part of HEMA trainings and tournaments. Regenyei Armory
The renowned sword manufacturer Regenyei Armory has donated the main prize to our Anniversary Sword Fight in the sword and buckler category. It is a one-handed sword with a coin pommel and a hilt wrapped in very nice black leather. Just look for yourself! Thank you, Regenyei, for this representative prize for the winner!

Our long-time supporter 5M Fencing has contributed significantly to the tournament with a large amount of fencing equipment. Among the prizes, you’ll undoubtedly be most interested in the high-quality HEMA Black Knight gloves, which 5M Fencing now offers. Poker Armory
A steel buckler and vouchers were generously donated to us by the Polish family forge Poker Armory! Located near the Czech and Slovak borders, they manufacture various weapons for HEMA: swords, rapiers, swords, messers and daggers. You might also know them as the organisers of the FechtBerg Poker Cup tournaments. We sincerely thank them for their sponsorship gifts!
Hůrka
As prizes for young fencers and teenagers, the LARP shop Hůrka donated a one-handed and long softened swords. Both weapons meet the safety rules for LARP events in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Most of the products that Hůrka offers are of its own production and are characterised by high quality and authentic feeling. We greatly appreciate the support and trust that Hůrka and its hobbit residents have shown us! Thank you!
Kvetun Armoury
Kvetun Armoury donated vouchers and the FFG Federschwert as the main prize in the Long Sword Open category! This forge, located in Georgia, is engaged not only in the production of weapons and gloves for HEMA, but also in the production of weapons for LH. Among the latest HEMA models definitely worth mentioning are steel training rondel daggers and an arming sword with two grooves. Many thanks to Alexander Stankevich for the sponsorship gift!

Five 50 EUR vouchers were donated to the tournament by the Polish company SPES, whose protective gear many of us use!
Three 50 GBP vouchers were given by the British store HEMA Shop, a retailer of the well-known brand Red Dragon.
